He has worked as an organizer, artist, executive director, organizational founder, and philanthropic partner in developing initiatives such as Restore Oakland, Night Out for Safety and Liberation, and Justice for Families. After over 15 years of work at the Ella Baker Center for Human Rights, Zach is continuing his work to advance racial, gender, economic, and climate justice via a new consultancy practice.
